MESSAGE FROM THE PRINCIPAL |

Happy Leap Year February! As we dive into this unique month, filled with an extra day, let's make every moment count. As we celebrate our state's birthday this month, let's also look ahead with excitement to the approaching spring. Warmer days are on the horizon, bringing renewed energy and opportunities for outdoor learning and play. We are always on the lookout for parents or community members to help out our school in a variety of ways - volunteering to support programs during the school day or even working as a substitute. We constantly have a need for subs as crossing guards, instructional assistants, and office support. If you’re interested in working with our school and the school district, let us know! Join us in embracing the joy of learning, community, and the positive anticipation of spring!

Prepare for the Winter season
As the weather is changing and temperatures are getting colder, it’s a good opportunity to make sure everyone is prepared in the event of weather conditions that may affect school operations. In the event of bad weather, district officials will make decisions on school operations, which may result in changes such as a delay in school start times, or a school closure. If no announcement is made through official district channels, the district is operating as usual.
All families and staff will be notified through ParentSquare as soon as any operational changes are made. Notifications may be sent as a phone message, text message, email and/or push notification for app users, depending on notification preferences. Please take a moment to make sure you have ParentSquare downloaded and your notification settings.
Additionally, the district will post all official decisions on operational adjustments on the district website and official social media accounts.
